For Recorded Readings with Downloadable Files
After purchase, you will receive an email confirming the chart information, to give us both time to correct any errors.
Due to the digital or virtual in-person nature of astrology readings, you have 48 hours to contact me for chart data errors, a refund for a product purchased by mistake, or to exchange your purchase product for another of equal value.

Sales for recorded readings and their downloadable files are final after 48 hours and non-refundable.
After this period, I will begin working on the chart, recording, and any necessary specialty research for unique topics that may arise in your personal questions in the message.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the recording and downloadable files arrive via email (to account time for accidental purchases needing a refund or exchange, time to correct any mistyped data, and to allot for weekends or unexpected emergencies). Typically, they will arrive sooner.
For Online Virtual Meetings
For Live Virtual Chat Upgrades and 1:1 Virtual Mentoring Sessions, you have 24 hour prior to the scheduled appointment to request rescheduling or a refund. Please contact us at mischafoxastrology@gmail.com as soon as possible in the event of a conflict so that we can accommodate you.
Refunds
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your message. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund officially posts.
- Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund posts.
